TOUR 2012 - BUDE , CORNWALL

It's only 233 days to go (as of 17/1/12) until Phil and Gere's final tour as organisers, and as you all know after two years of "inland tours" this year we're off to the beautiful seaside resort of Bude in Cornwall. The tour will take place from Friday 7th September to Monday 10th September making it 3 nights in all, although I suspect some of you may be coming back on the Sunday.

Fixtures have been arranged and the "hotel accommodation" has been secured, so all I need now are your deposits to secure your place.

The final cost of the "hotel accommodation" is still being negotiated and will depend on the number of people touring and the number of people coming back on the Sunday, but we are hopeful of keeping it in the region of £80 for all three nights and maybe slightly less for those only staying two nights. The only problem is that we have had to part with a sizeable deposit and therefore we need your deposits now!

The deposit, which also secures your place on the tour (numbers are limited and demand is sure to be high!), is £ 4 0 with the balance to be paid by the middle of August. This can either be given in person to Phil (you'll always see him at nets!) or can be paid direct into our bank account, the details of which are:

If paying Online please can you put your name and the word TOUR in the reference field, i.e. " xxxxx - TOUR" so that we can identify who has paid. Please also send Phil an e-mail to confirm you've paid.

If you're feeling particularly flush you can always pay the whole amount (£ 80 ) and then you ( probably) don't have to worry about it for the rest of the summer!
